Roof:
Pitched Roof - Kalzip 400, 0.90mm PVF2 finish RAL7012. Rigid insulation slab 180kg/m³ density to achieve 0.17 U value. Halters on top hats. Vapour barrier to be achieved by sealing liner panels. Kalzip liner 30/167 0.7mm

Walls:
Kingspan KS1000 Mini Micro 100mm thick core Spectrum finish plus composite external corners, galvanised steel to support flashings.

Flat Roof:
Flag 1.5mm thick T.P.O. membrane. 18mm thick OSB board. Rigid insulation board to achieve 0.17 U value. Vapour control layer.

Fascia and Soffit:
2mm aluminium soffit, secret fix plank profile. Fascia flashings 3mm thick aluminium.
